Our multigenerational homestead planning service supports small to larger residential properties in western Oregon and Washington with comprehensive, long-term land-use design rooted in stewardship and foresight. In Oregon and Washington, evolving land-use and ADU regulations create new opportunities for families to live closer together while maintaining independence. Our planning process considers how accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and future housing needs can be integrated thoughtfully into the landscape. We aim to preserve the character of the land while supporting family growth, comfortable management through every season of life, and the next phase of ownership by a new generation.
We approach each property as a connected system. Gardens, orchards, access routes, water systems, infrastructure, and—where appropriate—livestock are designed to work together cohesively, creating a property that functions well today and remains flexible for the future.
